2. Order Processing Timeline

B2B orders undergo verification and warehouse coordination.

Processing time: 24–72 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Processing may take longer for:

  • Bulk orders
  • High-value shipments
  • Credit-facility purchases
  • Special procurement items

3. Dispatch Guidelines

Dispatch occurs only after:

  • Order verification
  • Warehouse allocation
  • Completion of invoices and packing
  • Approval of credit terms (if applicable)

Dispatched orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. Delivery Timelines
