Shipping availability depends on pin code serviceability and product type.
2. Order Processing Timeline
B2B orders undergo verification and warehouse coordination.
Processing time: 24–72 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Processing may take longer for:
- Bulk orders
- High-value shipments
- Credit-facility purchases
- Special procurement items
3. Dispatch Guidelines
Dispatch occurs only after:
- Order verification
- Warehouse allocation
- Completion of invoices and packing
- Approval of credit terms (if applicable)
Dispatched orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on:
- Shipment type (air/ground/surface)
- Weight and volume

6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Protocol (B2B)

- Availability of warehouse staff for receiving goods
- Proper unloading arrangements
- Verification of cartons at the time of delivery
Extra charges may apply if:

8. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items

10. Delivery Refusal
If a business refuses to accept delivery without valid reason:

- Repeated refusals may result in account suspension
